Inaugural season branding and production for the Fargo Force, a United States Hockey League team.
I was part of the team to come up with the inaugural season branding for the Fargo Force. A lot of time and concept work went into this client and brand. It was a nice change from some of the usual, smaller budget clients. I really enjoy having the time and money to explore ideas. It makes a huge difference in the final product, in my opinion.
Once we finalized a concept, I was the graphic designer in charge of creating all of the following pieces.
- Programs
- Newspaper Ads
- Pocket Schedules
- Brochures
- Dasherboard Signs
- Banners
- Magnetic Schedules
- Posters
Along with all the printed material, I also created all of their video assets for the score board and video fascia ring within the arena. I really enjoyed working with the Fargo Force. I was extremely involved in the organization, not only doing promotional work, but I also worked at the games as a Graphics Controller. Basically, I help to produce the video production for both inside of the arena along with the occasional feed out to the public. Overall, it was a great experience right out of college and I’d love to work for a hockey organization in the future.
