A small, postcard sized, flyer created for Migration Brewing in Portland, Oregon. Their new “Music On The Patio Series” started up at the beginning of June and they wanted something to hand out to customers and around town to announce the upcoming shows. My concept was pretty simple. I stuck really close to the idea of using their logo, or an element from it, and focusing solely on something “music”.

The music note really drew to me. It is an iconic symbol that most people recognize and associate with music. I added in some music bars to give the whole thing a little more depth. I had started playing with something to give it an “outdoors” feel, but it began to become really crowded and busy. I decided to stick with simple, clean and easy to read.
